RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final.  Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at [email] within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

Custom Orders:
Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required to begin work on custom pieces, with the remaining balance due upon completion before shipment.
